We stand behind Chus and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product.
Please note that this policy applies only to your first purchase with Chus. To start a refund request, you can reach out to our support team at care@chusgummies.com. Please include your full name, date of purchase, order number and the reason for your return.
If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. You will need to pay for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at care@chusgummies.com.
Order Cancellations & Subscriptions
Orders are processed quickly, so we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
